PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

• to fulfil legal obligations incumbent upon the Controller,
• to perform contracts concluded with the Museum’s contractors,
• to carry out tasks performed in the public interest and to pursue the Museum’s statutory activities,
• in other cases, your personal data will be processed solely on the basis of your prior consent and within the scope and purpose specified in that consent.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The recipients of your personal data may include public authorities or entities performing public tasks, or entities acting on behalf of public authorities, within the scope and for the purposes arising from the applicable legal provisions.

Where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Controller is voluntary. However, providing your personal data is mandatory where the legal basis for processing is a statutory provision or a contract concluded between the parties.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
