INFORMATION CLAUSE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BASED ON THE LEGAL OBLIGATION OF THE CONTROLLER (processing in connection with the Act of 17 February 2005 on the computerisation of the operations of entities performing public tasks)
IDENTITY OF THE CONTROLLER
The Controller is the Podkarpackie Museum in Krosno, represented by the Director, with its registered office at 16 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street, 38-400 Krosno, Poland.

You may contact the data protection officer in all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights connected with data processing.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
• to fulfil legal obligations incumbent upon the Controller,
• to perform contracts concluded with the Museum’s contractors,
• to carry out tasks performed in the public interest and to pursue the Museum’s statutory activities,
• in other cases, your personal data will be processed solely on the basis of your prior consent and within the scope and purpose specified in that consent.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The recipients of your personal data may include public authorities or entities performing public tasks, or entities acting on behalf of public authorities, within the scope and for the purposes arising from the applicable legal provisions.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS
Your personal data may be transferred to third countries or international organisations only on the basis of national laws, international agreements, or binding conventions.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified above, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by generally applicable law.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
• the right of access to your personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such data,
• the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
• the right to object to processing,
• the right to data portability,

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection in the European Union Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
INFORMATION ON THE VOLUNTARY OR MANDATORY NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Controller is voluntary. However, providing your personal data is mandatory where the legal basis for processing is a statutory provision or a contract concluded between the parties.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
