Toys have accompanied children for generations. Today they are associated with colourful plastic heroes, plush teddy bears or building bricks. Toys were very different back in the day. During our workshops, children will be shown how to use linen fabric to make a doll, how to make hair out of a piece of string, and eyes out of clay beads. Children will see that a wooden stick and some dry grass can be transformed into a horse or a dog, and a doll can be made out of wooden strips. These workshops are a massive imagination and creativity boost for children who are looking for a creative way to spend their time.
